Breeder Directory

These are MPDBA members who choose to be listed under a particular breed. In most cases (but not all) they do produce puppies in this breed, but do not expect them to have puppies available when you call. The main purpose is to have a resource person in the breed, someone you can ask questions of, and learn about the breed.

Each entry has name, address, phone number plus e-mail and web site for breeders. The name above the address is the “kennel name”. Each breeder selects a name for their kennel that is used in the formal name of their dogs. A few are registered, (Reg.) meaning that no one else may use that kennel name.

For many breeds we do not have a member listed; in those cases, we recommend that you contact the national breed club web site listed which can give you more information and often refer you to someone local. As these web sites change, you may also try the AKC web site.
